In June 2021, during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Kolt property management emerged as a beacon in the market.
Stemming from the property management services of TAKOL, our affiliated company, and responding to the shifting needs of businesses grappling with market changes, lease modifications, property evaluations, and business growth, we made our mark.
Our footprint and success have since expanded impressively throughout the GTA.
