Daniel launched his real estate career after earning his MBA from Rotman (1998). A serial entrepreneur, he built KOLT Investments (formerly Takol Real Estate Inc.), sourcing and managing value-add projects—including commercial condo conversions—that generated hundreds of millions in sales and strong investor returns.

Expanding on this success, he founded KOLT Realty in 2018, where he serves as President and Broker of Record. He also co-founded KOLT Management, a dedicated property and condo management firm delivering best-in-class services.

Takashi brings over 20 years of real estate expertise as an architect (Smith Carter), developer (The Rose Corp.), and lender (GE Capital Real Estate). Since 1995, he has served clients across Toronto, London, Las Vegas, Berlin, Winnipeg, and Ottawa.

Today, he leads the KOLT team in development, acquisitions, and tenant solutions.

Takashi holds an MBA (Rotman, Dean's List) and a Master of Architecture (AIA Medal recipient). He is deeply engaged in the community, serving on national and local boards for art, cultural, and educational organizations for over 20 years.

Keval is a licensed Condominium Manager and a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative with KOLT Realty. He holds a B.A. from the University of Windsor and continues his professional development through various accreditations.

Keval has experience managing 1 million+ sq. ft. of property in the GTA and Ontario. He has experience with numerous corporations, developers, owners, and boards of directors in all aspects of the condominium management industry, providing him with the expertise to make agile and effective decisions.
