Daniel Kolber
Principal - Investments
Daniel began his career in real estate shortly after graduating from the MBA program at the Rotman School of Business (1998).
A serial entrepreneur, Daniel has sourced, managed, and delivered numerous value-add investments for his private equity business, KOLT Investments (formerly Takol Real Estate Inc.), transforming numerous commercial condominium conversion redevelopments into hundreds of millions of dollars of project sales, delivering substantial returns.
Daniel transformed these successes into a brokerage, launching KOLT Realty in 2018 where he is the President and Broker of Record. Since then, he aligned KOLT Realty with Keller
Williams Real Estate Associates, and the KOLT team has become one of the top grossing brokerages for Keller Williams in Canada. In addition to KOLT Realty, Daniel co-founded KOLT Management, a property and condominium management business, specifically dedicated to providing best-in-class property management services to clients.
Takashi Yamashita
Principal - Development
With over 20 years of real estate experience, he has a diverse background as an architect (Smith Carter Architects and Engineers Incorporated), a private equity developer (The Rose Corporation), and a commercial real estate lender (GE Capital Real Estate).
Having served major public and private clients in the Toronto, London, Las Vegas, Berlin, Winnipeg, and Ottawa markets since 1995, Takashi now leads the Takol team of professionals in originating development, executing acquisitions, and implementing effective tenant solutions.
Takashi holds a MBA (University of Toronto, Rotman, Dean’s List), and a Master of Architecture (recipient of the American Institute of Architects Medal, Certificate of Merit). Takashi has a record of community engagement having served on national and local boards of art, cultural, and educational organizations for over two decades.
David Wilson
David has worked in real estate for over 12 years, unlocking intrinsic value for both private and public entities. Bringing a balanced knowledge of asset management, finance, and analytics, he has effectively managed over 7M square feet of retail, office, and industrial assets across Canada. His ability to build relationships with people is key to his success in this business.

Charlton Kelly
Charlton joined KOLT in 2021 as a graduate of St. Lawrence University (New York) with previous experience working in commercial leasing at a major commercial real estate brokerage in Toronto. Charlton supports KOLT’s Investments team and as a licensed real estate salesperson (with KOLT Realty Inc.), he also supports other business activities, including business development and leasing.

Sarah Kizell
As Senior Director of Investments, Sarah is responsible for leading the acquisitions process for KOLT. With over 10 years of real estate experience, Sarah brings a wealth of expertise to her role, specializing in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating new and existing opportunities. Her balanced knowledge of finance, planning, and construction has enabled her to successfully transact on over 2 million square feet of land development deals.
Before joining Kolt, Sarah spent three years as the Director of Investments at Core Development Group, where she led Acquisitions and Asset Management for the company’s development portfolio. Prior to that, she worked at Marlin Spring, North American Development Group, and RioCan, focusing on acquisitions and asset management across various asset classes.
