Daniel is the President and Broker of Record at KOLT. In the past Daniel worked with various private developers to source, underwrite, finance, manage, and execute multiple projects in southern Ontario. Prior to this, he garnered a depth of portfolio managed real estate experience, first in commercial brokerage, then predominantly with a public REIT with investments in multiple Canadian markets. Daniel holds a MBA (University of Toronto, Rotman), and is a registered real estate broker.
Neel is Vice President at KOLT. Neel has over 15 years of well-rounded real estate experience, from acquisition and disposition to everything in between including development, capital improvement, leasing and asset management. Neel has donned diversified roles such as, development manager, investment manager, leasing manager and director of asset and property management. In the asset manager role, Neel had managed over $300M in assets with a major retail REIT, $250M in industrial and office assets with a pension fund and over $250M in residential assets with private equity. Neel holds an MBA from University of Toronto’s Rotman school of Management and is a registered real estate salesperson in Ontario.
Jag is a Sales Representative at KOLT. Jag has worked with accounting industry in the past and understands the financial and accounting implication of real estate. He has successfully completed several transactions in GTA including commercial, retail and mixed use real estate. Jag has a keen attention to detail and is focussing on investment real estate including land acquisition and development. Jag has a diploma in Accounting and Finance and is a registered salesperson in Ontario.
With over 26 years of sound real estate experience as a top-notch Office Administration & Operations Manager, Catherine has accomplished a very successful record, creating & implementing business focused strategies that achieved her measurable career results in the industry. Her strong leadership skills, overseeing professional, entrepreneurial teams & associates have resulted in her inspiring both salespeople and staff to deliver their best caliber of service.
Charlton is a Sales Representative and Transaction Analyst at KOLT with previous experience working in the retail sector at a major commercial brokerage. With a strong understanding of the financial implications of real estate as well as a keen attention to detail, he will be focusing on investment real estate including Industrial and Land Acquisitions. Charlton holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Lawrence University and is a registered real estate salesperson in Ontario.
Jonathan is a licensed real estate salesperson and transaction analyst at KOLT. In this capacity, Jonathan helps to manage business intelligence for KOLT while also servicing numerous clients across a variety of asset classes, including office and industrial. Jonathan holds an HBA from the Ivey School of Business.
